How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by our authorized reseller Digistore24. To obtain a refund within 60 days of your purchase, there are two options:

- Or make the request directly through Digistore24 support at digistore24.com/help by providing your order number.
Processing time
The refund is processed within a few business days and credited to the payment method used for the purchase. No justification will be requested from you.
