TrueMelody creates personalized songs from the story you tell us. Each song is composed bespoke and then produced in studio quality. It is an exclusively digital product.
2. Order and payment
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH), acting as the reseller of the product. The applicable price and currency are shown on the checkout page before your order is confirmed.
3. Delivery
Your song is delivered by email within minutes of payment confirmation, as a link letting you listen to it, download it and share it. There is no postal shipment: delivery is entirely digital.
4. Guarantee and refund
You benefit from a 60-day, no-condition money-back guarantee. The terms are detailed in our refund policy.
5. Usage rights
The song you receive belongs to you: you may freely listen to it, share it and play it at private events (weddings, birthdays, ceremonies).
